Zolow Inc. ('Zolow', 'we', 'us') operates zolow.com, an AI-powered home selling platform for homeowners in Canada and the United States. Account information: name, email address, and authentication data when you create an account.

Property information: address, property type, size, condition, asking price, photos, and any other details you provide about your home.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and interactions with AI tools — used to improve the platform.

Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.

We do not collect payment card information directly — all payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

To connect you with local notaries and lawyers (referral only — we do not share your data with them without your consent).
