Zolow provides informational guidance, AI-generated content, document templates, and third-party professional referrals to assist you in the private sale of your home. The platform does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.

All AI-generated content (listing descriptions, pricing analysis, negotiation guidance, contract drafts) is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy and seeking qualified professional advice before making any decisions.

Zolow does not act as your agent, representative, or fiduciary at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide about your property is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or incomplete information may expose you to legal liability.

You must comply with all applicable local, state or provincial, and federal laws governing the sale of real property, including mandatory disclosure obligations.

You are responsible for engaging a licensed notary (Quebec), real estate lawyer (Ontario, BC, Alberta), or title company (Florida) to complete the legal transfer of your property. Zolow facilitates referrals but does not provide legal services.

The Zolow platform, including its design, software, AI models, and content, is owned by Zolow Inc. and protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Content you create using the platform (listing descriptions, documents) remains your property. By using the platform, you grant Zolow a non-exclusive licence to use anonymized data to improve our AI models.

Zolow is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zolow Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, comparable sales data, or third-party professional referrals. Real estate transactions involve significant financial and legal risk — always consult qualified professionals.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Quebec.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
